  • Payment management: Secure processing via Stripe and billing (Contract fulfillment / Legal obligation).

  • Service improvement: Anonymized analysis of audit quality to detect bugs (legitimate interest).

4. Recipients and subcontractors

We never sell your data. To perform the audit, we share the minimum amount of data necessary with our trusted technical partners:
  • OVHcloud (France): Secure hosting of the website and databases.
  • Stripe (USA/Worldwide): Secure bank payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
  • Make (USA/EU): Secure orchestration and automation of the audit process.
  • OpenAI (USA): Semantic analysis via Enterprise API. Important note: In accordance with the Enterprise API terms and conditions, your data is NOT used to train public AI models.
  • Google (USA): PageSpeed Insights API for measuring technical performance.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers (Stripe, Make, OpenAI, Google) process data from countries outside the European Union (including the United States). These transfers are governed by Standard Contract Terms (SCT) or the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) to ensure a level of protection that complies with the GDPR.

6. Retention periods

  • Audit reports: 12 months (to allow you to re-download your report or track your progress), then deletion or anonymization.
  • Billing data: 10 years (French legal accounting requirement).
  • Customer support: 2 years after the last interaction.

7. Security

We implement rigorous security measures (SSL/HTTPS encryption, access partitioning, secure APIs) to protect your information from unauthorized access.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, objection, and portability.
