Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of audit services ("the Services") made on the webauditflash.com website. In the event of any contradiction, specific terms and conditions (specific quote/contract) shall prevail.

2. Description of Services

The Service consists of a automated technical and SEO audit from the client's website, generated by performance analytics and artificial intelligence tools. The deliverable is a PDF report sent via email. Technical limitations: The analysis is conducted as a “black-box” analysis (external analysis). We do not access the back office, server logs, or private data (Analytics), unless explicitly stated otherwise. The audit is based on the elements visible to the bots at the exact moment of the analysis (snapshot).

3. Order

The order is placed online. The customer agrees to provide a valid URL that is publicly accessible and does not block indexing robots. In the event of an error on the part of the customer (Invalid URL, site under maintenance, firewall/anti-bot block), the service will be considered completed once our systems have attempted the analysis. No automatic refund will be issued if the failure is due to the target site being inaccessible. However, in the interest of customer satisfaction, WebAuditFlash may, upon the Customer’s request submitted to support and following verification, offer to manually rerun the analysis on the correct URL (or once the site is accessible again) at no additional cost.

4. Price and payment

Prices are quoted in euros.

For consumers (B2C): prices include tax (unless otherwise stated).
For professionals (B2B): prices exclude tax (unless otherwise stated) and VAT is applicable according to current regulations.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering via the methods offered (Stripe).

5. Delivery / lead time

The deliverable (PDF) is sent by email to the address provided when placing the order. Deadline: The delivery time listed on the website (a few minutes) is indicative and represents an observed average. It depends on the complexity of the analyzed site and the server load. The contractual maximum delivery commitment is set at 24 business hours. A delay relative to the estimated delivery time shall not give rise to any compensation or cancellation of the order as long as it does not exceed the maximum delivery time.

6. Obligation of means and AI

Our Services are provided with an obligation of means. Specific AI Disclaimer: The report is generated in part by generative artificial intelligence. Although we use the most advanced technologies, the client acknowledges that AI may involve some margin for interpretation. The report is a decision-making tool and does not replace the judgment of a human expert. WebAuditFlash does not guarantee specific results (Google rankings, revenue growth).

7. Right of withdrawal (No right)

Business Customers (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts between businesses. Consumer Customers (Individuals): The Service consists of the provision of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the performance of which begins immediately after payment: The Customer expressly agrees that the service will begin before the end of the 14-day legal withdrawal period and expressly waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. By confirming their order, the Customer acknowledges that they will no longer be able to cancel their purchase once the review process has begun.

8. Refunds and the “Zero Risk Guarantee”

8.1 General Principle and Technical Defects Given the digital and immediate nature of the service, and in accordance with Article 7, the general rule is that no refund will be issued once the analysis has begun. However, a refund will be granted automatically in the event of a proven technical defect in our result (e.g., empty report, unusable report, or non-delivery after 24h). Since the estimated delivery time (within a few minutes) is approximate, a delay of no more than 24 hours does not constitute grounds for a refund. 8.2 Zero-Risk Guarantee As part of our commitment to total satisfaction, WebAuditFlash offers a “Zero-Risk Guarantee.” If the Customer believes in good faith that the audit did not provide any useful, relevant, or actionable information for their website, they may invoke this guarantee. To take advantage of this guarantee, the Customer must contact support (contact@webauditflash.com) within 14 days of receiving the report, briefly explaining why the recommendations are not suitable for their situation. WebAuditFlash then commits to “correcting the issue” (for example: manual verification, generating a new report with adjusted parameters). If no satisfactory solution is found to provide value to the Customer, WebAuditFlash will issue a full refund for the order. To prevent abuse, this commercial warranty is limited to one (1) use per Customer and per domain analyzed.

9. Liability

WebAuditFlash cannot be held liable for:

unavailability of the customer's site or security blocks (firewall),
interpretations or actions taken by the customer based on the AI's advice,
indirect damages (loss of business, loss of data, damage to reputation). In any event, WebAuditFlash's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the Service concerned.

10. Visuals and Representations

The photographs, graphics, mockups, and sample audit reports presented on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. Although the Seller endeavors to accurately represent the deliverables, variations in layout, design, or visual presentation may exist in the final PDF document delivered to the Customer.

11. Intellectual Property

The report provided is intended for the client's internal use. However, the audit methodology, prompts, and algorithms used remain the exclusive property of WebAuditFlash.

12. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy privacy and the GDPR.

13. Applicable law and disputes
